HireAligned is a recruiting company and hiring software for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and home service businesses. We're based in Lehi, Utah.
What we do
Owners come to us two ways. With Done-For-You, our recruiters run the whole thing: posting the job, sourcing, phone screens, and scheduling. You meet a short list and make the hire.
With Done-With-You, your office runs hiring on our software. It texts every applicant back, screens and scores them, and books interviews on your calendar. We train your team to use it.
Most of our customers are owner-operated shops doing $1M to $50M a year.

What we publish
Learn is where we put hiring data for the trades: shortage and turnover numbers, cost and time to hire, and pay by state for plumbers, electricians, and HVAC technicians. Wage figures come from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics and every statistic links to its source.
