You and Us Heating & Air Conditioning is a growing residential and light-commercial HVAC company serving the Bronx, Westchester County, and surrounding areas. We handle HVAC repair, equipment replacement, boilers, furnaces, central AC, heat pumps, mini-splits, hydronic systems, water heaters, ductwork, indoor air quality, and preventive maintenance.

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Comfort Advisor to run qualified replacement appointments, design the right solution for each home or building, present options, explain financing, and close sales professionally and honestly.

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000–$70,000 annual base salary, depending on experience

• Performance-based sales commission

• Target total annual earnings of approximately $100,000–$160,000 based on performance

• Paid vacation and paid sick days

What You'll Do

• Meet homeowners and commercial clients for HVAC replacement consultations

• Perform accurate site surveys and gather equipment, electrical, ductwork, and application information

• Recommend properly sized solutions based on the building and the customer's needs

• Present Premier, Deluxe, and Basic replacement options

• Explain warranties, energy-efficiency options, financing, and available upgrades

• Prepare and present complete proposals

• Follow up consistently on every unsold estimate

• Coordinate sold jobs with the office and installation department

• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales notes, and forecast information

• Track appointments, presented estimates, close rate, average ticket, and sold revenue

• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company honestly

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of successful HVAC in-home sales or relevant HVAC sales experience

• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC applications

• Proven closing ability with measurable sales results

• Able to provide your previous annual sales, close rate, and average ticket

• Experience presenting financing and multiple system options

• Excellent listening, presentation, and follow-up skills

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

• Comfortable using a CRM and digital proposal software

Preferred

• Technical HVAC installation or service background

• Load-calculation and duct-system knowledge

• Experience selling boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, and mini-splits

• Experience with residential and light-commercial clients

Schedule

Full-time. Occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
