You and Us Heating & Air Conditioning is a growing residential and light-commercial HVAC company serving the Bronx, Westchester County, and surrounding areas. We handle HVAC repair, equipment replacement, boilers, furnaces, central AC, heat pumps, mini-splits, hydronic systems, water heaters, ductwork, indoor air quality, and preventive maintenance.

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Selling Service Technician: a strong diagnostic tech who can clearly communicate findings, present repair options, and identify legitimate replacement opportunities, without high-pressure selling.
Compensation & Benefits
$35–$45/hour, based on experience
3% commission on equipment replacements sold

What You'll Do
Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light-commercial HVAC systems
Work on furnaces, boilers, central AC, heat pumps, mini-splits, hydronic systems, and controls
Perform electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and combustion-safety diagnostics
Explain findings clearly to customers
Present repair, improvement, and replacement options
Generate qualified replacement opportunities
Sell indoor-air-quality products, thermostats, and Comfort Club memberships
Complete invoices, photos, and service documentation
Maintain your service vehicle, tools, and inventory
Participate in scheduled emergency or after-hours coverage
What We're Looking For
5–7 years of HVAC service experience
EPA Universal certification
Strong diagnostic and control-wiring ability
Proven ability to communicate and sell ethically
Able to discuss your average ticket, close rate, and previous replacement sales
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Comfortable using a CRM, tablet, and digital estimates
Professional, dependable, and organized
Preferred
Boiler, hydronic, and light-commercial experience
Experience with financing and three-option presentations
NATE or manufacturer certifications
Schedule
Full-time. Includes scheduled emergency or after-hours coverage.
