You and Us Heating & Air Conditioning is a growing residential and light-commercial HVAC company serving the Bronx, Westchester County, and surrounding areas. We handle HVAC repair, equipment replacement, boilers, furnaces, central AC, heat pumps, mini-splits, hydronic systems, water heaters, indoor air quality, and preventive maintenance.

We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with an HVAC, plumbing, or home-services background. You're calm and professional on the phone, organized, coachable, and comfortable in a performance-driven office where your work directly drives booked calls and revenue.

Compensation

• $25–$30/hour for experienced CSRs

• $29–$35/hour for Senior CSRs with proven sales ability and leadership potential

• Base pay is determined by directly relevant HVAC, plumbing, or home-service experience

• Monthly performance bonus opportunity of up to $750, based on booking performance, lead follow-up, Comfort Club memberships, recovered estimates, and company revenue goals

• $1,000 retention bonus: $500 after 90 days and $500 after six months

What You'll Do

• Answer and convert incoming calls

• Book qualified service appointments

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

• Return missed calls and follow up on online leads

• Follow up on unsold estimates

• Present and sell our Comfort Club maintenance memberships

• Maintain accurate CRM records

• Follow written office procedures and scripts

What We're Looking For

• CSR or call-booking experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services

• Calm, confident telephone presence and strong listening skills

• Measurable results booking calls, following up leads, or recovering revenue

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Coachable and comfortable with accountability and performance goals

• Comfortable using a CRM and following written procedures
