Team Gski is growing fast in the multifamily industry, and we’re looking for a relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative who knows how to build partnerships, open new doors, and grow business within the apartment and multifamily housing market.
This role is ideal for someone with multifamily, property management, vendor, or B2B sales experience who understands the value of strong industry relationships and long-term partnerships.
You’ll be responsible for:
Building new relationships with multifamily property managers, regional managers, and ownership groups
Strengthening existing client partnerships and growing account revenue
Prospecting and developing new multifamily business opportunities
Expanding market share within your territory
Launching new products and driving adoption across multifamily communities
What We’re Looking For
Proven outside sales or multifamily sales experience
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Hunter mentality with the ability to grow new business
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and driven to win
Experience using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout territory
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $48,000–$62,000 DOE
