The Role
As a Dispatch Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our service operations by coordinating technicians, scheduling service calls, and ensuring customers receive timely and professional service.
This position requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate service calls for HVAC and Refrigeration technicians
Monitor technician schedules and dispatch resources efficiently
Communicate with customers regarding service requests and appointment updates
Maintain accurate service records, notes, and documentation
Track service progress and proactively address scheduling issues
Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Utilize dispatch software and technology to improve efficiency and workflow
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
What We're Looking For
2+ years of dispatch, scheduling, customer service, or service coordination experience preferred
HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, construction, or service-industry experience highly preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Experience with dispatch software, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
High school diploma or equivalent required
