HVAC New Construction Helper

Join our install crews on new construction projects. HVAC experience is preferred.

Snipps Heating & Air Conditioning is a locally owned HVAC company in Montrose, serving the Western Slope since 1996. Our new construction work is growing, and we're hiring a Helper to support our install crews on residential and light commercial new construction job sites.

What You'll Do

• Assist installers with HVAC rough-in and finish work on new construction projects

• Carry, stage and organize equipment, ductwork, materials and tools on job sites

• Help run ductwork, hang equipment, and set up and clean up work areas

• Load and unload trucks and keep materials organized

• Follow safety practices on active construction sites

• Keep building your skills alongside experienced installers

What We're Looking For

• HVAC experience preferred, especially install or new construction work

• Construction, sheet metal or other trades experience is a plus

• Comfortable with physical work: lifting, climbing ladders, and working in attics, crawlspaces and outdoors in all seasons

• A strong work ethic, reliable and on time every day

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation

• Full-time

• A path to grow into an installer role
