HVAC Comfort Specialist

This is an outside sales role for someone who knows HVAC. You'll need technical residential HVAC experience, including load calculations and system design. Pay is a base salary plus uncapped commission.

Snipps Heating & Air Conditioning is a locally owned HVAC company in Montrose, serving the Western Slope since 1996. We're growing our residential system sales and hiring a Comfort Specialist to run in-home appointments and design the right system for every homeowner.

What You'll Do

• Run in-home sales appointments with homeowners throughout our service area

• Perform load calculations and design residential HVAC systems

• Present good/better/best options and close sales

• Enroll customers in maintenance memberships at the point of sale

• Hand complete, accurate job packets to our install department

• Manage every opportunity in ServiceTitan from first appointment through closeout

• Work company-provided leads and generate your own

What We're Looking For

• Technical residential HVAC experience: you can size, design and explain a system with confidence

• Experience performing load calculations

• In-home or outside sales experience, ideally in residential HVAC

• ServiceTitan experience preferred

• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, a reliable vehicle, and personal auto insurance

Compensation

• Full-time, exempt

• Base salary plus uncapped commission

• Guaranteed draw against commission while you build your pipeline

• Monthly auto allowance
