Snipps Heating & Air Conditioning has been serving the Western Slope since 1996 with honest, reliable HVAC service. Based in Montrose, our NATE-certified technicians serve homes and businesses throughout Montrose, Delta, Ouray, San Miguel, Gunnison, San Juan, and Hinsdale counties—from Telluride to Crested Butte to Cedaredge.
We’re a small, close-knit team, and we’re looking for someone personable, dependable, and organized who will become an important part of our day-to-day operations.
The Role
We’re looking for an Office Administrator to be the hub of our office and help keep the business running smoothly. You’ll be the first voice customers hear, manage technician scheduling and dispatch, assist with customer communication, handle light bookkeeping, and support the owner and field team.
This is an in-person role based at our Montrose office, so being part of the team and comfortable working closely with the owner and technicians is important.
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another trades/home services environment is highly preferred. ServiceTitan experience is also highly preferred.
What You’ll Do
Answer phones and help customers: Be the friendly first point of contact for customers calling or visiting the office. Listen to their needs, answer questions, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Schedule and dispatch technicians: Use ServiceTitan to schedule service calls, manage technician calendars, coordinate appointments, and help keep the day running efficiently.
Communicate with customers: Confirm appointments, provide updates, answer questions, and help customers understand next steps.
Light sales: Talk with customers about maintenance plans, tune-ups, and service options and help turn inquiries into booked work.
Light bookkeeping: Use QuickBooks Online for routine invoicing, entering payments, basic transactions, and keeping records organized.
General office support: Maintain customer information, organize paperwork, order supplies, and assist with whatever the team needs to keep the office running smoothly.
Work closely with the owner and field team to support daily operations and provide a positive customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
ServiceTitan experience is highly preferred, particularly hands-on experience with scheduling, dispatch, customer records, or other day-to-day field service functions.
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another trades/home services environment is highly preferred.
QuickBooks Online experience preferred.
Friendly, personable, and empathetic with customers.

Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
Comfortable working in a small office environment and being a key support person for the owner and field team.
Willing to learn and take ownership of responsibilities.
