Position Overview
ScaleMe is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to convert cold leads into booked appointments. This role owns the first touch with prospects who haven't engaged with ScaleMe before — reaching them by phone, qualifying interest, and getting them on the calendar for a sales conversation. The BDR works one of ScaleMe's three core CRM segments (cold leads), alongside separate outreach efforts targeting churned clients and gone-quiet prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to leads sourced from ScaleMe's cold-lead pipeline in Monday CRM.
Use and help refine ScaleMe's established cold-call script to introduce the company and its 90-day risk-free VA trial.
Qualify prospects against ScaleMe's target verticals — real estate, healthcare compliance, e-commerce, marketing agencies, trades/contractors, and multi-franchise operators.
Book qualified appointments on the sales calendar for follow-up conversations with ScaleMe sales leadership.
Log every call outcome, note, and next step in Monday CRM in real time.
Send timely follow-up emails to prospects who don't answer or need more information before booking.
Meet weekly and monthly targets for call volume and appointments set.
Share call feedback and objections with sales leadership to help refine scripts and messaging over time.
