Journeyman Electrician – Residential Service

$44/hour + Weekly Profit Sharing ($114,000–$150,000/year total earnings) | Full-time | Eugene & Corvallis/Albany, OR

We're seeking a Journeyman Electrician who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants to be part of a strong, supportive team. You'll complete residential electrical service and install work, working independently in the field while being supported by a collaborative service team.

Compensation & Benefits

$44/hour base pay plus weekly profit sharing. Annual earnings range from $114,000–$150,000.

An Oregon General Journeyman Electrician License or a 2-year residential card is required for this position.

What You'll Do

• Complete residential electrical service calls and install work

• Diagnose and repair electrical system issues

• Perform panel and service upgrades

• Install and replace fixtures, lighting, and devices

• Complete troubleshooting and system diagnostics

• Communicate clearly with homeowners and present service options

• Educate customers on financing and membership options when appropriate

• Maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle

• Complete accurate documentation, invoices, and job summaries

• Participate in weekly meetings and ongoing training

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business

What We're Looking For

• Oregon General Journeyman Electrician License or 2-year residential card (required)

• Strong residential electrical service and install experience

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and circuits

• Experience with panels, service changes, lighting, and retrofits

• Generator, EV charging, fire protection, security, or data experience is a plus

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
