Compensation & Benefits

$44/hour flat plus profit sharing. Total earnings typically range from $116,000–$125,000 per year, with top performers earning up to $135,000.

An active Oregon General Journeyman Plumber License is required for this position.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, replace, and install residential plumbing systems

• Handle both service calls and install work

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers

• Present service options, memberships, and financing, and sell larger install jobs when appropriate

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and service vehicle

• Complete invoices and documentation accurately on an iPad

• Participate in ongoing training and team development meetings

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of residential service or install experience

• Oregon General Journeyman Plumber License (required)

• Strong understanding of local plumbing codes

• Comfortable using an iPad on the job

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screen

• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Commitment to professionalism and quality workmanship

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

No after-hours or on-call rotation.

Onboarding & Training

You'll start with a 2-week ride-along onboarding period, then get your own fully stocked truck. We're willing to train, and we grow our own people through our apprentice program, so there's room to keep building your skills.
