Physical Therapist – Pelvic Health Clinic
About this role
Physical Therapist – Pelvic Health Clinic
Aylara Pelvic Health | Logan & Brigham City, UT $83,000 – $114,000 per year ($40–$55/hour DOE) | Full-time or Part-time | Relocation Bonus Available
The kind of PT role where you can actually build a pelvic health specialty — without the volume-job grind.
You got into physical therapy because you care about people, outcomes, and the craft of great care. Pelvic health is exactly that kind of work — nuanced, relationship-based, and built on trust, time, and clinical skill.
At Aylara, you're not stepping into a numbers game. You're stepping into a pelvic health clinic built for clinicians who want to go deeper, treat with intention, and feel genuinely proud of the care they deliver.
You'll get 60-minute one-on-one appointments, so you can listen, assess thoroughly, educate well, and build the kind of trust pelvic rehab requires. You'll get a growing team and steady demand, so you're not wondering what next month looks like. And you'll get leadership that's willing to train you in pelvic floor — which means you don't need to show up as a finished product. You just need the right mindset and a real passion for this work.
Our Mission
Help people feel comfortable, capable, and in control again — through exceptional pelvic health care delivered with professionalism, empathy, and clinical excellence.
What This Role Offers
60-minute one-on-one appointments. Real time to evaluate, treat, and educate the way you were trained to.
A cash-based model. Your day centers on patient experience and outcomes, not productivity quotas.
Pelvic floor training and mentorship. If pelvic health is your calling, we'll help you build the skills to become excellent at it.
A growth-minded clinic. This hire exists because we're expanding — meaning real room to grow alongside it.
A team that feels human. Company parties, free snacks, wellness resources, and colleagues who celebrate wins together.
A clear path to specialize and lead. Whether you're just starting out or already established, there's room to deepen your expertise and shape the next chapter of the clinic.
Whether You're New or Experienced
If you're newer to the field, this is a place to build confidence and skills the right way — with training, mentorship, and a clinic that values your education over your billable hours.
If you're an experienced PT, this is a place to refine your specialty, take on more responsibility, and help shape a growing pelvic health practice. You'll have a real voice in where the work goes.
What You'll Do
Evaluate and treat pelvic health patients within a dedicated pelvic floor practice
Deliver patient-first care using full 60-minute appointments for thorough, individualized treatment
Develop and track plans of care — building clear treatment plans, monitoring outcomes, and supporting meaningful patient progress
Educate with confidence and compassion so patients feel safe, informed, and empowered
Contribute to a positive clinic culture that's professional, supportive, and genuinely growth-focused
