About the Role

As an HVAC Lead Installer, you'll lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish while ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with our Installation Manager, warehouse team, dispatch, and apprentices to deliver an outstanding customer experience while mentoring the next generation of installers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead residential HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately

  • Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment

  • Read blueprints, installation diagrams, and equipment specifications

  • Ensure jobs are properly staged before installation

  • Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting project timelines

  • Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process

  • Complete paperwork accurately, including invoices, timecards, and installation documentation

  • Work closely with dispatch, warehouse, and customer service teams

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site and company vehicle

  • Train and mentor installation apprentices

  • Participate in ongoing training and technical development

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • EPA Certification required

  • Residential HVAC installation experience required

  • Experience leading HVAC installations preferred

  • Ability to read blueprints and installation diagrams

  • Strong understanding of HVAC installation and venting codes

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
