We’re growing our team and looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Location: Trenton, TN — Office location based in the Trenton/Jackson, TN area. Serving Gibson County and surrounding areas within approximately 50 miles.

Compensation

• Up to $100K+ annually | Performance-based commission pay structure

  Earn based on your performance with a commission-based compensation structure designed to reward productivity and sales. Experienced, high-performing technicians have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually, with full benefits included.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems

• Troubleshoot heating and cooling issues and determine appropriate solutions

• Perform HVAC repairs, maintenance, and system replacements

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain repair options

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Maintain accurate service documentation

• Follow safety standards and applicable codes

• Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience

• EPA certification required

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to pass a federal background check and drug screening

• Dependable, professional, coachable, and accountable
