Trenton, TN — Office location based in the Trenton/Jackson, TN area.

Compensation

• Up to $100K+ annually | Performance-based commission pay structure

  Earn based on your performance with a commission-based compensation structure designed to reward productivity and sales. Experienced, high-performing electricians have the opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually, with full benefits included.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems

• Install wiring, panels, outlets, switches, lighting, generators, and related equipment

• Troubleshoot electrical issues safely and efficiently

• Perform electrical inspections and recommend solutions

• Communicate professionally with homeowners

• Maintain accurate service documentation

• Follow electrical codes and company safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of residential electrical experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills

• Able to pass a background check and drug screening

• Dependable, coachable, and accountable
