The Opportunity
We're growing and looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who enjoys diagnostics, continuous learning, and challenging work. You'll run your own service calls, work on a wide variety of equipment, and be trusted to give customers honest, expert recommendations.
What You'll Do
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Service and maintain furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and rooftop units
Diagnose and repair boilers, hydronic heating systems, and specialty mechanical equipment
Service and troubleshoot tankless water heaters (highly preferred)
Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly and professionally with customers
Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
Work closely with office staff and management to ensure customer satisfaction
Equipment You'll Work On
Furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
Rooftop units, commercial HVAC equipment, and controls
Cast iron and condensing boilers and hydronic heating systems
Tankless water heaters
Snow melt systems, refrigeration equipment, and generators
High-end and specialty mechanical systems
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of HVAC service and repair experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively
Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
Tankless water heater service experience
Boiler and hydronic system experience
Commercial HVAC service experience
EPA and NATE certification
Controls and advanced diagnostics experience
Pay
$73,000 - $94,000 per year, based on experience and technical ability
