The Big Task

You will install and repair residential plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident decisions.

Key Tasks

• Install, repair and maintain pipes, valves, fittings and fixtures in residential structures

- Ability to install hot water tanks, tankless hot water heaters, toilets and fixtures

- Sump pump installation

- Installing hung sewers

- Re-piping houses

• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.

• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.

• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats.

• Maintain communication with your manager, parts and installation teams.

• Properly complete paperwork.

• Have or be willing to get the proper licenses. We help you with this!

• Valid driver’s license with clean, safe driving record

• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Proficient problem-solving skills.

• Journeyman Plumber preferred.
