HVAC Service Technician

Mohr Air Conditioning & Plumbing is one of Arkansas’s oldest family-owned HVAC companies, proudly serving East and Northeast Arkansas since 1968. From our roots in Wynne, we’ve grown to serve West Memphis, Jonesboro, Searcy, Cabot, and Beebe, and we now offer full-service residential plumbing alongside heating and air conditioning. About 90% of our new customers come to us through referrals from existing customers.

Compensation

• $50,000–$80,000 per year, depending on experience

• Our top performers are among the highest-paid technicians in Northeast Arkansas, with unlimited earning potential through our incentive program

• Full-time, year-round work

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and geothermal equipment

• Perform preventive maintenance, including visits for our Mohr Peace of Mind maintenance program members

• Help customers make informed, confident decisions about repairs and new equipment

• Stay in close communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams

• Keep your company truck clean inside and out, and your truck inventory up to date

• Complete paperwork and job documentation accurately

• Represent Mohr with a clean, professional appearance in every home

• Participate in ongoing training to grow and develop as a professional

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of HVAC service experience

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills on residential HVAC systems

• A genuine passion for customer service

• EPA certification, or willingness to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.

• Clean driving record

• Comfortable using an iPhone, iPad, and field service software

• Someone who finds this work fun and challenging
