Compensation & Benefits

$35+/hour plus commission, with the opportunity for experienced service electricians to earn $80,000–$120,000+ per year.

What You'll Do

This is a residential electrical service position, not new construction. You won't spend every day on the same jobsite pulling wire.

• Run residential service calls throughout the Capital Region

• Diagnose electrical problems and troubleshoot a wide variety of residential systems

• Explain your findings clearly to homeowners and present appropriate solutions

• Complete high-quality repairs, upgrades, replacements, and installations

• Work safely, follow code, and treat every customer's home with respect

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential electrical experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Able to independently run residential service calls

• Solid understanding of residential electrical systems and code requirements

• Pride in clean, professional workmanship

• Strong communication skills with homeowners

• Valid driver's license

• A positive, professional attitude and a desire to keep learning and improving

You don't need to know everything. But you should be a good electrician, care about the work you produce, and want to be part of a company that expects high standards from itself and its team.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday. No weekends.
