Warehouse Manager

Are you organized, dependable, and ready to take ownership of a warehouse and fleet that keep a busy service team moving? MasterTech Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to run our warehouse operations, manage our fleet, and make sure our technicians and installers have the parts and materials they need, when they need them.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, solving problems, and keeping operations running efficiently behind the scenes.

About the Role

This position oversees all things warehouse: inventory, receiving, staging, deliveries, and property upkeep. You will also manage our fleet of service vehicles, including inspections and maintenance scheduling. A key goal of the role is running parts and materials to technicians and job sites so our field team stays productive and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and keep the warehouse and grounds clean, safe, and organized

• Run parts and materials to technicians and job sites safely and efficiently

• Pick up and return materials from local suppliers and distributors

• Receive incoming deliveries and inspect materials for accuracy or damage

• Stage and organize materials for upcoming installations and service calls

• Manage inventory levels, conduct parts counts, and reorder stock as needed

• Restock and organize service truck inventory

• Manage the company fleet, including routine truck inspections, maintenance scheduling, repairs, and vehicle records

• Operate a forklift and assist with loading and unloading materials

• Perform general property upkeep and maintenance

• Support the Service, Installation, and office teams as needed

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required

• Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or fleet experience required; supervisory or lead experience preferred

• Experience with vehicle inspections or fleet maintenance preferred

• Ability to operate a forklift

• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

• Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other home-service experience is a plus

Schedule

• Full-time

• 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Occasional overtime
