What You'll Do

As a Plumbing Apprentice, you'll work side by side with our service plumbers in customers' homes, learning the trade through hands-on experience and ongoing training.

• Assist plumbers with residential repairs and installations, including faucets, toilets, water heaters, and drain service

• Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose common plumbing issues

• Prep and clean up job sites, and help keep the service vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked

• Represent MasterTech professionally and courteously in customers' homes

• Use an app-based system and tablet to complete timecards and job notes

• Participate in ride-alongs, 1:1s, and ongoing training and coaching

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in home services, construction, or another trades field

• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools

• Eager to learn, coachable, and open to feedback

• Dependable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic

• Comfortable with physical work, including crawlspaces, basements, and lifting

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Prior plumbing experience is a plus, but not required
