What You’ll Do

As a Senior Service Plumber, you’ll provide professional plumbing solutions directly to homeowners while delivering the high level of service MasterTech is known for.

• Diagnose and complete residential plumbing repairs, including faucets, toilets, water heaters, drains, and other plumbing systems

• Perform residential drain service and troubleshooting as part of daily service calls

• Build strong relationships with customers and clearly communicate repair and replacement recommendations

• Educate customers on available financing options and maintenance plans

• Identify plumbing issues and recommend the best solutions based on the customer’s needs

• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle

• Work closely with the customer service and dispatch teams to provide a smooth customer experience

• Use an app-based system and tablet to document service calls and complete accurate electronic invoices, timecards, and option sheets

• Help train and mentor apprentices and less-experienced plumbers

• Participate in ride-alongs, 1:1s, and ongoing training and coaching

• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule as needed

• Represent MasterTech professionally in customers’ homes

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• A professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to confidently explain plumbing issues and solutions to homeowners

• Self-motivated and accountable with a strong work ethic

• Pride in your workmanship and attention to detail

• Neat, punctual, courteous, and professional
