About MasterPro

MasterPro is a rapidly expanding appliance delivery and installation company partnering with national retailers across multiple states. We combine delivery with licensed installation in a single visit, and we're growing our presence in the Pacific Northwest. We're looking for a licensed Journeyman Plumber to anchor our Oregon plumbing operations.

The Role

As our Journeyman Plumber in Oregon, you'll be the licensed professional behind every plumbing installation in the Portland market. You'll be responsible for:

• Performing plumbing installations and connections for appliance installs (water heaters, dishwashers, refrigerator water lines, disposals, and related work)

• Serving as the Designated Journeyman Plumber for the company's Oregon plumbing operations

• Pulling permits and coordinating inspections with local regulatory agencies

• Ensuring all work meets Oregon plumbing code and company quality standards

• Identifying and recommending add-on services to customers on site

• Delivering a professional, courteous customer experience on every job

• Supporting and mentoring installers on plumbing best practices as the team grows

• Maintaining the company van, tools, and inventory in good working order

What We're Looking For

• Oregon Journeyman Plumber License (required)

• Hands-on experience with residential plumbing and appliance installations

• Working knowledge of Oregon plumbing code, permitting, and inspections

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field

• Interest in growing with a company that is building the Oregon market

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually
Commission:

• 5% on existing install SKUs

• 15% on added SKUs sold as a change order (add-on services not included on the original order)

• 15% on revenue from new residential clients you bring to the company
