General Manager (Journeyman Plumber License Required)

MasterPro is a rapidly expanding service provider partnering with national retailers across multiple states. We're building our presence in the Pacific Northwest and seeking a dynamic leader to own the Oregon market.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday; Monday as needed
Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Exempt
Reports To: CEO

The Role

We're looking for an Oregon General Manager who will build and operate our Portland market from the ground up. You'll be responsible for:

• Recruiting, hiring, and managing installation and field operations teams

• Growing market share through strategic business development and sales partnerships

• Managing compliance, licensing, and regulatory requirements

• Overseeing customer relations and field operations

• Contributing to financial planning and forecasting for the Oregon region

• Serving as the Designated Journeyman Plumber for the company's plumbing operations

• Hands-on installation work during the growth phase, transitioning to pure management as volume scales

• Managing permits and coordination with regulatory agencies

What We're Looking For

• Oregon Journeyman Plumber License, required

• Proven experience in operations management, business development, or field leadership

• Strong recruiting and team-building skills

• Knowledge of trades compliance, licensing, and the regulatory environment

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to grow a market from scratch

• Excellent communication and customer service orientation

• Willingness to be hands-on during the initial phase

Compensation

• Base Salary: $130,000 annually

• 3% of all plumbing work performed by your team

• 12% of every job you complete hands-on

• 20% of plumbing jobs you personally install

• 5% of revenue from new clients you bring to the company, first 6 months
