MasterPro is a rapidly expanding service provider partnering with national retailers across multiple states. We're expanding into the Houston market and seeking an experienced lead installer to build our residential appliance installation operations in Texas, with potential for regional growth across the southern United States.
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday; Monday as needed
The Role
We're seeking a Lead Residential Appliance Installer with TDLR RAI licensing and leadership experience to lead our Houston operations. You'll manage installations, lead field teams, and help establish our presence in the southern market, with potential to grow into a regional operations manager role. You'll be responsible for:
Performing hands-on residential appliance installations
Managing and leading installation technicians and field teams
Ensuring quality standards across all installations
Building and scaling operations in the Houston market
Coordinating with retail partners and managing client relationships
Serving as the designated licensed RAI for MasterPro's Houston operations
Growing the business with potential to expand to additional southern markets
What We're Looking For
Current TDLR Residential Appliance Installer (RAI) License in Texas, required
Minimum 4 years of hands-on appliance installation experience
Proven leadership and team management experience
Fluent English, required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliability and professional work ethic
Ability to work independently and manage field operations
Entrepreneurial mindset with potential to grow into regional leadership
Compensation
Base Pay: $750 per week, guaranteed for 5 days
$30 per installation completed
50% commission on any modifications
$200 per month for serving as designated licensed RAI attached to MasterPro
Full gas reimbursement
Contractor Requirements
You must provide your own van or truck for installations
You are responsible for your own vehicle insurance
1099 Independent Contractor status
Minimum 6-month contract commitment
