Commercial HVAC Service Manager / Field Supervisor

Overview

Confidential has an immediate need for a highly experienced Commercial HVAC Service Manager / Field Supervisor in the Southampton, PA area. This opportunity is ideal for a commercial service manager or a senior field supervisor ready to move into service management. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. This is a field leadership role, not facilities management.

Responsibilities

- Oversee service-call response, maintenance, repairs, and installations across commercial buildings in the Southampton area.

• Act as field supervisor for multiple crews and locations.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions.

• Oversee installation, replacement, calibration, and repair of equipment and controls, including motors, compressors, coils, contactors, transformers, and thermostats.

• Establish and maintain effective customer relationships.

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.

• Prioritize safety procedures and enforce company policies.

• Lead and manage multiple crews working at different locations.

• Support preventive-maintenance programs.

Qualifications

- Deep commercial HVAC service experience; 20+ years preferred.

• Experience with RTUs, DX split systems, SCAV units, boilers, ductless splits, chillers, cooling towers, water- and air-source heat pumps, and VRF systems.

• EPA Universal certification preferred.

• Clean driving record.

• Strong leadership, field-supervision, and customer-service skills.

Compensation and Benefits

- $45-$60 per hour, with compensation potential up to approximately $125,000-$150,000 annually depending on role and overtime.
