HVAC Service Technician

Overview

Confidential is seeking an experienced, all-around HVAC Service Technician for an immediate full-time opening. This is a field role, not a facilities-management position. The technician will install, maintain, diagnose, and repair heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. The workload is approximately 80% residential and 20% commercial, including rooftop equipment up to 10 tons. Boiler and burner experience is helpful.

Qualifications

- At least 3 years of HVAC experience preferred.

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician or in a comparable service role.

• Electrical experience; plumbing knowledge is a plus.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Professional presentation and excellent customer-service skills.

• Accredited HVAC program certification preferred.

• EPA Universal certification preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

- $25-$40 per hour, with commission and overtime opportunities.

• Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, year-round work.
