The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join the Marr’s team in Bellingham. This is an opportunity for a skilled plumber who is confident working independently, diagnosing plumbing issues, completing repairs and installations, and communicating professionally with customers.

The ideal candidate brings strong residential plumbing experience, solid troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair a variety of residential plumbing systems and issues

• Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, installations, and maintenance

• Troubleshoot water, drain, fixture, and piping issues

• Identify the cause of plumbing problems and recommend appropriate solutions

• Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings, repair options, and completed work

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

• Complete accurate job documentation and follow company procedures

• Follow applicable plumbing codes and safety requirements

• Represent Marr’s professionally in customers’ homes

• Work independently while collaborating with the broader service team as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Current Journeyman Plumber license

• Strong hands-on plumbing experience

• Residential plumbing experience preferred

• Ability to independently diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues

• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, fixtures, and installation practices

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, organized, and safety-minded

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Compensation & Benefits

$90,000–$140,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
