What You'll Do

- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.

• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure peak system performance.

• Clearly explain repair recommendations and system conditions to homeowners.

• Educate customers on maintenance options, system improvements, and available solutions.

• Accurately document work performed using company software.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.

• Follow all safety standards and company procedures.

• Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and fellow technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on industry standards and technology.

What We're Looking For

- HVAC service experience required.

• Certification preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
