You MUST be experienced in ALL FACETS of Plumbing Installation, including performing the work, leading projects, and working directly with customers to leave them with a positive experience from start to finish.

The Role
As a Lead Plumbing Installer, you will oversee and complete residential plumbing installation projects while delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.
This role is ideal for a plumber who enjoys leading jobs, working directly with homeowners, solving problems in the field, and ensuring projects are completed correctly the first time. You will be trusted to manage installations, maintain quality standards, and help create a positive experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
Lead and complete residential plumbing installation projects
Install water heaters, tankless systems, fixtures, water lines, drain lines, sump pumps, and repipes
Assist with sewer replacements, drain reroutes, and larger plumbing projects as needed
Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout projects
Coordinate with helpers and team members to complete projects efficiently
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
Complete accurate job documentation and paperwork
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle
Deliver outstanding workmanship and customer service on every project
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing installation experience
Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and installations
Experience with water heaters, tankless systems, fixtures, repipes, and drain work
Ability to lead installation projects independently
Professional communication and customer service skills
Experience working directly with homeowners
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to maintain clean and organized job sites
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and team-oriented attitude
