You MUST be experienced in ALL FACETS of Service Plumbing including doing the work but also in working with the customer to leave them with a good feeling about the job.

Competitive compensation with earning potential of $80,000–$150,000+ per year
20% commission on service work with no deductions for parts

The Role
As a Residential Service Plumber, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems while delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.
This role is ideal for a plumber who enjoys working directly with homeowners, solving problems, presenting solutions, and helping customers make informed decisions regarding their plumbing systems. There is also an opportunity to continue developing into larger drain, sewer, repipe, and replacement projects as your skills and experience grow.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
Service water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, water lines, drain lines, and plumbing components
Perform plumbing repairs, replacements, and maintenance
Identify and present repair and replacement options to homeowners
Communicate professionally with customers and help them make informed decisions
Complete accurate job documentation and paperwork
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled
Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of residential plumbing service experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience working directly with homeowners
Professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
Comfortable discussing repair and replacement options with customers
Experience identifying larger plumbing opportunities is a plus
Interest in learning and growing into drain, sewer, repipe, and replacement solutions
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and team-oriented attitude
