You MUST be experienced leading residential HVAC installations, including new systems, replacements, and full changeouts, while providing homeowners with a positive customer experience.

The Role

As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will lead installation crews on residential heating and cooling system installs, ensuring quality workmanship, code compliance, and an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate residential HVAC installation crews

• Install heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, air handlers, and mini-split systems

• Read and follow install plans, layouts, and manufacturer specifications

• Oversee ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical hookups on new installations

• Ensure installations meet code, permit, and quality standards

• Train and mentor junior installers on the crew

• Complete accurate job documentation and paperwork

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude in customers' homes

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, with lead/crew experience preferred

• EPA Certification

• Strong knowledge of system sizing, layout, and installation best practices

• Experience working directly with homeowners

• Ability to lead a crew and manage installation jobs efficiently

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and team-oriented attitude
