The Opportunity

Jetson is seeking a licensed Colorado Journeyman Electrician or Residential Wireman to join our growing team in Centennial, CO.

This role focuses on residential electrical work supporting home electrification projects, including heat pump installations, electrical upgrades, panel work, and residential service. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, takes pride in delivering quality workmanship, and provides a professional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical work supporting heat pump installations and other home electrification projects.

• Install and upgrade electrical panels, subpanels, disconnects, breakers, and circuits.

• Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical systems.

• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and schematics.

• Calculate electrical loads and ensure all work complies with current electrical code.

• Install smart thermostats and other low-voltage control systems as needed.

• Test electrical systems to ensure safe operation.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site.

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

Required

• Active Colorado Journeyman Electrician or Residential Wireman license.

• 5+ years of residential electrical service or retrofit experience.

• Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and current electrical code.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred

• Experience performing Energized Service Upgrades (ESUs), also known as hot service changes, hot closes, or closing loops on energized services.

• Experience working on live electrical panels.

• Experience replacing main panels and subpanels.

• Experience installing HVAC disconnects and dedicated HVAC circuits.

• Experience installing and troubleshooting smart thermostats and other low-voltage control systems.

• Experience supporting residential heat pump or HVAC installations.

Compensation & Benefits

• $32–$36 per hour
