The Opportunity

This is a non-selling, purely technical role focused on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and supporting residential heat pump systems. No sales quotas or upselling — just technical excellence and customer confidence.

What You'll Do

- Diagnose and troubleshoot heat pump and HVAC system performance issues

- Conduct on-site walkthroughs of complex installations

- Provide technical assessments to installation teams and engineering staff

- Verify system functionality, airflow, and refrigerant performance with documented findings

- Support training by identifying installation challenges and best practices

- Collaborate with internal teams on safe, efficient, quality completion

- Maintain accurate service documentation and safety standards

- Occasional overtime during peak seasons

What You Bring

- 3+ years HVAC/heat pump service technician experience

- In-depth knowledge of heat pump systems, controls, and commissioning

- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

- EPA certification (Type II or Universal) required

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

- Valid driver's license for job site travel

- Commitment to professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction

Compensation & Benefits

- $32 - $36 per hour, full-time
