Integrity Advantage, a dynamic and growing small woman-owned business, specializes in services that combat healthcare Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA). We are committed to providing exceptional service to payers and other entities facing challenges in detecting, investigating, and preventing healthcare FWA. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a strategic, innovative, and results-driven leader to join our team.
The Manager of Analytics will handle three key functions: Data Integration, Data Governance, and Analytics/Reporting. They are responsible for managing all internal and external data sources, and for paving the way to data-driven actions. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of analytical models, interpreting complex data sets, and empowering the investigators to leverage data in their day-to-day work. The Manager of Analytics plays an important role in driving innovation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Data Integration Services:
o ETL Development – Build Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to extract data from various sources, transform it into consistent format, and load it into the target systems.
o Work with clients to consume their data and get it into a format that’s usable for the investigators.
o Establish and maintain effective processes to ensure the availability of our organization's data assets.
o Implement data quality controls and work with clients to fully understand how to accurately leverage the data.
o Train investigators on data assets so they know how to use them and are aware of any nuances that may exist in the datasets.
· Data Analytics:
o Lead data analytics initiatives, identify efficiencies in data mining and detection techniques.
o Develop and execute data analytics strategies that align with the company's objectives.
o Conduct complex data analysis and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
o Enhance reporting and FWA detection methods through technology such as SQL queries and Power BI interactive dashboards.
Required Education / Licenses / Certifications:
Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience:
Experience working in healthcare FWA.
Database administration/data engineering experience required.
Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Experience working for a small business preferred.
Experience developing and executing strategic initiatives and an understanding of company infrastructure.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Possess integrity, professionalism, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and strong organization skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Resourcefulness and creativity when tasked with responsibilities that have a lack of established process.
