A client of Impart Consulting is seeking a Customer Success Advisor (CSA) to build and grow long-term customer relationships while helping clients protect and maximize the value of their roofing assets.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building, account management, problem-solving, and helping customers develop long-term maintenance and capital planning strategies. As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with building owners, facility managers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service, proactive communication, and long-term value from their roofing programs.
What You'll Do
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers
• Conduct account reviews, customer meetings, and proactive check-ins
• Review roof inspection findings and explain recommendations in a way customers can understand
• Help customers develop maintenance, repair, and long-term capital planning strategies
• Identify opportunities for service agreements, maintenance programs, inspections, and repairs
• Present and close multi-year service and maintenance agreements
• Coordinate with estimating, operations, and administrative teams to ensure excellent customer service
• Manage customer concerns, escalations, and service-related issues
• Maintain CRM records, account activity, forecasts, and customer communication

Ideal Background
• Customer success, account management, outside sales, or business development experience
• Experience in commercial roofing, construction, facilities management, building services, or related industries preferred
• Experience selling service agreements, maintenance programs, or recurring revenue solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
• Experience using CRM systems and customer management tools

Compensation & Benefits
• $60,000 annual draw plus commission potential
