A client of Impart Consulting is seeking an experienced Production Roofing Foreman to lead, train, and work alongside commercial roofing crews. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in developing people, maintaining high safety standards, and delivering quality work.

What You'll Do
• Lead and train commercial roofing crews on active job sites
• Oversee tear-offs, installations, repairs, and daily roofing operations
• Train crew members on commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, hot tar, cold process, and torch-down systems
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Conduct daily jobsite coordination and serve as the primary field leader for the crew
• Train and mentor employees on safety procedures, workmanship, and productivity expectations
• Participate in safety meetings, manufacturer training, and ongoing development programs
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites

Ideal Background
• Commercial roofing leadership experience
• Experience leading, training, and developing crews
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, and BUR
• Experience with hot tar, kettle operations, and hot-work safety procedures preferred
• Ability to read and interpret work-related documents and project requirements
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Garland certifications and training are a plus
