A client of Impart Consulting is seeking a Service Estimating & Submittals professional to join a growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, coordinating projects, and helping customers while supporting revenue growth and successful project execution.

What You'll Do

• Prepare estimates, proposals, and submittal packages for commercial roofing service projects

• Work with customers, general contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to develop project solutions

• Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and bid requirements

• Coordinate project handoffs to field leadership and service teams

• Build relationships with customers, contractors, and key decision-makers

• Serve as a resource for customers by helping solve problems and answering technical questions

• Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities and assisting with proposal development

• Manage customer support escalations and ensure issues are resolved professionally and efficiently

• Maintain CRM records, account activity, and project documentation

• Successful coordination between customers, sales, estimating, and field operations

• Strong organization and follow-through on multiple projects and priorities

Ideal Background

• 3+ years of estimating, service estimating, project coordination, account management, or customer-facing construction experience preferred

• Commercial roofing, construction, facilities management, or building services experience preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to explain technical information to customers and stakeholders

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

• Experience with CRM systems, estimating software, Bluebeam, Edge, or similar tools is a plus
