Commercial Roofer

A client of Impart Consulting is seeking motivated Commercial Roofers to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a team that values safety, quality, and teamwork.

What You'll Do

• Support commercial roofing crews with tear-offs, repairs, installations, and other roofing projects

• Learn commercial roofing systems and installation techniques from experienced foremen and crew leaders

• Assist with jobsite setup, safety procedures, equipment, and cleanup

• Attend safety meetings and company training programs

• Follow company standards for workmanship, quality, and customer satisfaction

• Work safely while maintaining productivity and attention to detail

Ideal Background

• Construction, roofing, labor, military, farming, landscaping, or other physically demanding work experience

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions

• Comfortable working at heights and performing physical labor

• Team-oriented attitude and positive mindset

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive hourly wage (DOE)

• Monday–Friday schedule, typically 6:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Overtime opportunities available

• Work locations vary by project
