Grasser Electric added plumbing at the beginning of 2026 as part of Grasser Home Services. We're based in St. Peters and growing our residential service team. Our plumbers and electricians own their calls from diagnosis to install, and we back them with trucks, tools, and a team that treats customers right.

We're hiring a Licensed Service Plumber to help build our plumbing division. This is a growth role, so you'll help shape the team, not just fill a seat.

Compensation & Benefits

$30–$52/hour based on your licensing, plus revenue-based performance bonuses on top.

• Take-home company vehicle. We own the vehicles and pay for all vehicle expenses (work use only)

A valid St. Louis County and/or St. Louis City plumbing license (Journeyman or Senior Apprentice) is required for this position.

What You'll Do

You run your own calls from start to finish. You diagnose it, you present the options, and you do the work. No separate salesperson and no hand-offs.

• Diagnose residential plumbing problems and find the root cause, not just the symptom

• Repair and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, sump pumps, piping, shut-off valves, and fixtures

• Handle drain cleaning and water, sewer, and drain inspections (we have the equipment)

• Walk the whole home and give homeowners clear options, from a simple repair up to full replacement, and get their approval before starting

• Finish small jobs on the first visit, and schedule larger jobs that need more time or parts

• Test your work, leave the home clean, and document the job in ServiceTitan with notes and photos

• Keep your truck organized and stocked

What We're Looking For

• Valid St. Louis County and/or St. Louis City plumbing license (Journeyman or Senior Apprentice)

• Residential service plumbing experience. This is a service role, not new construction

• Strong troubleshooting skills on existing systems and solid knowledge of plumbing code

• Comfortable explaining options to homeowners in plain language

• Valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check

• ServiceTitan or flat-rate service experience is a plus

• Open to ongoing technical and customer-service training

Schedule

Full-time. No on-call rotation. We offer emergency service, but non-urgent calls get scheduled for the next business day.
