Pay

• $35,000 - $50,000+ per year, based on experience

• Your manager will walk you through our full pay plan in your interview

Schedule

• Typically 8 AM to 5 PM. It's the trades, so some days run longer than others.

• Techs also take turns on a rotating 12 PM to 9 PM shift that includes the weekend, followed by a 4-day weekend off.

What You'll Do

• Run residential plumbing maintenance and service calls on systems less than 10 years old

• Perform thorough evaluations and find the root cause of plumbing issues

• Follow our Nexstar service process: evaluate, present options, and get the homeowner's approval before starting work

• Walk homeowners through their options, including water quality solutions, maintenance plans, and financing

• Work alongside customer service and dispatch, and keep a clean, well-stocked truck

• Join morning meetings and ongoing training to keep growing your skills

What We're Looking For

• Residential plumbing experience (beginner to intermediate)

• Good character and a coachable attitude

• Some knowledge of local plumbing codes

• Willingness to learn and follow the Nexstar service system (no prior Nexstar experience required)

• A clean, insurable driving record and the ability to pass a skills test, background check, and drug screen

• ServiceTitan experience is a plus; we'll train you
