What started in their basement has grown into one of the Triad's fastest-growing home service companies, serving homeowners across Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville, Burlington, and the surrounding areas. We're a proud Nexstar member shop with a strong, team-first culture.
We're growing fast and hiring multiple Plumbing Service Technicians. If you're an experienced residential service plumber who's great with homeowners and wants to get paid for how good you are, we'd love to talk to you.
Pay
$65,000 - $125,000 per year
Hybrid pay: hourly base plus uncapped commission on total revenue
Commission is paid on total revenue with no costs deducted, so the plan is simple to understand
Our top techs earn well into six figures; we have technicians at a $25/hr base making around $140K a year

What You'll Do
Run residential plumbing service calls across Greensboro and the Triad
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, soldering, pipe threading, and gas leak testing and repair
Follow our Nexstar service process: evaluate the system, present options, and get the homeowner's approval before starting work
Walk homeowners through repair, upgrade, financing, and maintenance plan options
Work alongside customer service and dispatch, and keep a clean, well-stocked truck
Join morning meetings and ongoing training, and help mentor apprentices from our in-house academy
What We're Looking For
Proven residential plumbing service experience with strong troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of local plumbing codes
Comfortable presenting options to homeowners, not just fixing the problem
Willingness to learn and follow the Nexstar service system (no prior Nexstar experience required)
A clean, insurable driving record
