What started in their basement has grown into one of the Triad's fastest-growing home service companies, serving homeowners across Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville, Burlington, and the surrounding areas. We're growing fast and hiring multiple HVAC Service Technicians. If you're an experienced residential HVAC tech who's great with homeowners and wants to get paid for how good you are, we'd love to talk to you.
Pay
$24 - $34/hr base (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission on total revenue
Commission is paid on total revenue with no costs deducted, so the plan is simple to understand
Our top techs earn well into six figures; we have technicians at a $25/hr base making around $140K a year

What You'll Do
Run residential heating and cooling service calls across Greensboro and the Triad
Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems
Follow our Nexstar service process: evaluate the system, present options, and get the homeowner's approval before starting work
Explain repair and replacement options for aging or underperforming systems, along with financing and maintenance plans
Work alongside customer service and dispatch, and keep a clean, well-stocked truck
Join morning meetings and ongoing training, and help mentor apprentices from our in-house academy
What We're Looking For
Proven residential HVAC service experience with strong troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of local HVAC codes
EPA 608 certification; NATE certification or working toward it is a plus
Comfortable presenting options to homeowners, not just fixing equipment
Willingness to learn and follow the Nexstar service system (no prior Nexstar experience required)
A clean, insurable driving record
