We're looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join our residential HVAC service team.

What You'll Do

• Service and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems throughout the Harrisburg and Lebanon areas

• Troubleshoot and diagnose furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, and geothermal systems

• Perform preventive maintenance and system checks

• Follow our service process: evaluate the system, present options, and get the homeowner's approval before starting work

• Resolve the problem the same day when possible, or schedule the work as soon as possible

• Deliver a 5-star, friendly, and professional experience in every home

What We're Looking For

• Residential HVAC service experience preferred

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• A desire to help and interact with homeowners

• A positive attitude and an enthusiastic, fun approach to customer service

• Valid driver's license

• Clean criminal background
