    We're looking for a Plumbing Service Technician to join our residential service plumbing team.

    What You'll Do

    • Run residential plumbing service calls throughout the Harrisburg and Lebanon areas

    • Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems

    • Install, service, and repair residential plumbing, including water heaters (tank and tankless), fixtures, sump pumps, well pumps, water treatment, and drains

    • Follow our service process: evaluate the system, present options, and get the homeowner's approval before starting work

    • Resolve the problem the same day when possible, or schedule the work as soon as possible

    • Deliver a 5-star, friendly, and professional experience in every home

    What We're Looking For

    • Residential plumbing service or installation experience preferred

    • Strong troubleshooting skills

    • A desire to help and interact with homeowners

    • A positive attitude and an enthusiastic, fun approach to customer service

    • Valid driver's license

    • Clean criminal background

    Schedule

    Full-time. No overnight on-call.
