What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems with mentorship from senior techs

• Performing maintenance to keep customer systems running at peak performance

• Delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional approach

• Communicating findings and recommendations clearly so customers can make informed decisions

• Collaborating with teammates and office support to ensure every job is handled right

• Keeping your service vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked

What We're Looking For

• Customer-first communicator who's friendly and committed to honest, transparent service

• Trustworthy professional who treats every home with care and respect

• Punctual, reliable, and tidy

• Safety-minded, with a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record

• Coachable and growth-oriented — open to learning the right way from experienced techs

• Experience ranges from no prior HVAC experience to 5+ years — what matters most is attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation

$80,000 – $120,000 per year
