This is a retrofit-only installation role — no new construction. You'll be in customer homes, doing high-quality installs alongside a team that takes pride in the craft.

What You'll Be Doing
Installing split system heat pumps, furnaces, package units, mini splits, ERVs, and ductwork
Assisting the Service Department with coil and compressor installations as needed
Retrofit work only — no new construction
Delivering excellent customer service while treating every home with care and respect
Maintaining a clean, organized, fully stocked install vehicle
Collaborating with teammates and office support to make every job a win for the customer
What We're Looking For
Licensed and insurable HVAC technician
Clean driving record
Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded professional
An "A-player" with a high skill level and strong work ethic
Located within a 30-mile radius of Richmond Hill / Savannah
Customer-first communicator who's friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to honest service
Coachable, motivated, and invested in your own development
Compensation
$80,000 – $120,000 per year
