What You'll Be Doing

• Performing maintenance and repairs on customers' A/C units alongside experienced technicians

• Assisting with diagnostics and troubleshooting

• Learning to use HVAC tools and equipment safely and effectively

• Progressing toward Junior Technician status through hands-on experience and training

• Delivering friendly, professional customer service on every call

• Keeping your service vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record

• Lives within a 30-mile radius of Richmond Hill / Savannah

• Safety-minded with a strong work ethic

• Coachable, motivated, and invested in your own development

• Customer-first communicator who treats every home with care and respect

• Punctual, reliable, and tidy

Compensation

$40,000 – $60,000 per year
