What You'll Be Doing
Performing maintenance and repairs on customers' A/C units alongside experienced technicians
Assisting with diagnostics and troubleshooting
Learning to use HVAC tools and equipment safely and effectively
Progressing toward Junior Technician status through hands-on experience and training
Delivering friendly, professional customer service on every call
Keeping your service vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked
What We're Looking For
Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
Lives within a 30-mile radius of Richmond Hill / Savannah
Safety-minded with a strong work ethic
Coachable, motivated, and invested in your own development
Customer-first communicator who treats every home with care and respect
Punctual, reliable, and tidy
Compensation
$40,000 – $60,000 per year
