Gary's Plumbing & Heating is a family-owned, women-owned plumbing and heating company celebrating 20 years of serving homeowners across Bellingham and greater Whatcom County. We're a proud PHCC member, known for fast, friendly, reliable service and for doing the job right the first time.

HVAC is our fastest-growing service, and we're looking for HVAC Service Technicians who deliver all-star customer service, are comfortable with a sales-based service model, and want to grow with a team that has their back.

Pay

• $30 - $45 hourly (depending on experience) plus incentives & bonuses

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday - Friday, day shift

• Overtime available; on-call rotation may apply

What You'll Do

• Run residential heating and cooling service calls across Bellingham and greater Whatcom County

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and boilers

• Handle refrigerant work and low-voltage thermostat and control wiring

• Work in crawlspaces, attics, and other tight spaces

• Follow our sales process to walk homeowners through repair and replacement options

• Manage your own day out of your own Gary's truck

What We're Looking For

• EPA 608 certification

• Washington 06A Specialty Electrician (HVAC/Refrigeration) license for low-voltage work

• 3+ years of HVAC experience, ideally residential service. Plumbers with strong HVAC experience and an 06A are welcome to apply too.

• A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record

• Comfortable with a sales-based service role

• Live in Whatcom or Skagit County. Relocating? We'll consider it for the right candidate.

• ServiceTitan and The New Flat Rate experience is a plus
